Audited Financial Statements

The financial statements of AAA Scholarship Foundation, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiaries are audited annually by an independent CPA firm. For all years of operation, from 2010 through 2025, the audit opinion has declared that AAA’s financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of AAA and the changes in its net assets and its cash flows for the years then ended in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America.
