Our donors are companies and individuals who care about their community and desire the opportunity to partner with AAA Scholarship Foundation, low-income families and families with disabled students in an effort to create a brighter future for all of our children.
AAA serves eligible low-income children through the $100 million Georgia Qualified Education Expense Tax Credit Program, which allows any company that pays Georgia corporate income tax to redirect up to 75 percent of its tax – and the company receives a dollar-for-dollar tax credit. The 2019 Cap is open for one day only (January 2nd) and AAA must submit your application to the Georgia Department of Revenue for approval. Once approved, you will have 60 days to remit payment to AAA. Unused credits may be carried forward up to 5 years.
Each state has individual guidelines determined by the laws of that state and the accountability guidelines of the AAA Scholarship Foundation. Please click on the link below to view details on participation.
