Arizona

Our funders are companies and individuals who care about their community and desire the opportunity to partner with AAA Scholarship Foundation, low-income families and families with disabled students in an effort to create a brighter future for all of our children.

Through the Arizona Corporate Tax Credit Scholarship Program, your company can redirect up to 100 percent of its state corporate and/or insurance premium tax liability to AAA so that we can fund scholarships for low-income children to attend the school that best meets their educational needs – and your company will get a dollar-for-dollar tax credit.

The window to apply for tax credits (the “cap year”) will open on July 1, 2020, with $123 million in tax credits available. The cap year closes when the credits are all claimed or on June 30, 2021, whichever occurs first. During 2019, all the available Arizona tax credits had been claimed by early December.

Participation is simple:  AAA must apply to the Arizona Department of Revenue on your behalf for approval of your requested tax credits and once that is received, you remit the contribution to AAA within 20 days of approval.  You then claim your credits on your state tax return. Unused credits may be carried forward up to 5 years.

Each state has individual guidelines determined by the laws of that state and the accountability guidelines of the AAA Scholarship Foundation. Please click on the links below to view details on participation.

Please contact our office at 888-707-2465 for information about reserving your AAA Tax Credits today!
