Arizona Schools

You asked and we delivered! Here is a list of the requested improvements that we’ve made to our Arizona scholarships:

1) All eligible students will be awarded renewable three-year scholarships at the MAXIMUM VALUE allowed by law ($6,500 for grades K-8 and $8,300 for 9-12th)!

2) Your families can stack other STO scholarships on top of their maxed-out AAA scholarship!

AAA Scholarship Foundation works with schools in each of our scholarship states to make Academic Achievement Accessible. We can not do that without excellent schools for families to choose from.

Each state has individual guidelines determined by the laws of that state and the accountability guidelines of the AAA Scholarship Foundation. Please see below to view details on school participation in this state.

    Scholarship Management Platform (“SMP”)

Administrators of current Arizona schools were emailed an invitation on Thursday, 2/20/2025 to join AAA’s new and improved SMP for the 2025-26 school year. Please complete the onboard process as soon as possible so that your school is available to be selected by your student’s parents once the 2025-26 SCF process begins.

Already submitted your school’s information? Click here to log back in or check the status.

FAQ #1: Our school has completed the SMP onboarding process. How do we view our current year students and payments?
ANSWER: The SMP system is designed to display scholarship information for the 2025-2026 school year and beyond. The 2024-2025 school year will not appear in the SMP. Here is a link to our helpful guide for the 2024-2025 school year processes. For details on payments for the 2024-2025 academic year, please scroll to the bottom of this page for the payment schedule.

Have more questions about the SMP? Please visit our SMP FAQ page.

If you still need assistance after that, please go to the Contact Us page of our website or leave us at message at 888-707-2465 so we can call you back.

    24-25 School Commitment Form (“SCF”)

Important Update: New SCF Process for AAA Scholarship recipients enrolling full-time into private school

We would like to inform you that starting with the 2024-2025 school year, AAA Scholarships will implement a new School Commitment Form (SCF) process. As part of this update, all awarded applicants will be required to submit proof of enrollment at an eligible private school of their choice.

To comply with our requirements, the proof of enrollment must include the following details:

    • 1. The name of the school or its logo (letterhead)
    • 2. The student’s full name
    • 3. The grade level
    • 4. The enrollment date (academic year)

Additionally, please provide the private school fee schedule, which is generally issued as a separate document to parents.

Should you have any questions or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us at AZSchools@aaascholarships.org.

    24-25 Verification Report (“VR”)

Verification reports (“VRs”) are sent to schools according to the Scholarship Payment Calendar at the bottom of this page. By default, VRs are emailed to the school’s director or authorized decision maker. If you were expecting a VR report and haven’t received it, please reach out to us to confirm that we have the correct contact information on file for your school by emailing us at AZSchools@aaascholarships.org.

Approval of your school to participate in the scholarship program does not equate to approval of scholarships for students. Each student must be approved for a scholarship by AAA (and have that scholarship funded) before any payments will be processed. Schools should not accept any students without a Scholarship Award Letter and School Commitment Form (SCF) unless the household: 1) is willing to self-pay their tuition and fees until they are awarded a scholarship and 2) will self-pay if they are not.
